Commitment, payment and special cases

Multi-year commitment

Monthly debit

The access fee is debited each month by SEPA, with no annual advance. The commitment remains due in full.

Staffing and education

Staffing agencies only pay for their tracked qualifications. Students of a training body use the calculation modules free of charge, paid for by their body.

Questions we get about pricing.

Why we price per weld.

The weld is the real unit of the coordination workload: it is what requires a qualified welder, an applicable WPS and, often, an inspection. A flat fee would make you pay for what you do not produce. Charging per weld is the only way to have software that adapts to your production at any given time.

  • The access fee (€2,500 a year for a company): the full software, unlimited users on a single production site, no quota.
  • The declared weld (€2.50): its traceability — welder, qualification, WPS, material, any repair.
  • The inspected weld (€3.50 instead of €2.50): inspection traceability is added (report, method, inspector)
  • Options (electronic signature of documents, SSO, AI), as they are delivered: billed only if you subscribe to and use them.

Transparency is essential. Every line on your invoice matches an act you can count again.

Why a single Company access, and not three tiers?

Welding coordination is a continuous chain: qualification, procedure, weld, inspection, record. Splitting it into price tiers would force you to take the most expensive one for the chain to hold. Everything is included in the Company access; only production is billed.

What if my volumes exceed what I planned?

Nothing is blocked. There is no threshold and no package: each additional weld adds €2.50 or €3.50. Your compliance never stops for a pricing reason. Your payment schedule is adjusted monthly or at the end of the contract.

Why does an inspected weld cost more?

Because it carries more traceability: a report, an inspection method, a qualified inspector, a verdict.

Does a training body that also produces pay both fees?

No. Only one access fee applies. A company that also trains remains a company: it falls under the Company fee, without the Training fee on top.

How does payment work?

By monthly SEPA direct debit. Your commitment covers 1, 2 or 3 years and remains due in full, even if you terminate during the term: the monthly debit spreads the payment, it does not shorten the commitment. At term, the subscription renews automatically; you are notified at least 30 days beforehand.
