Per tracked qualification (welder or operator) per year, with no access fee. Tiered price: €40 up to no. 50, then cheaper and cheaper. Minimum of 10 qualifications billed from the first one; an agency tracking none pays nothing.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the agency sign the six-monthly confirmation?
Because it is the temporary worker's employer. It attests that the worker has worked within the scope of the qualification during the period. No document is required to sign; proof of work remains possible and optional.
How is the price calculated?
Each tracked qualification is billed at the price of the tier it falls into: €40 from no. 1 to 50, €34 up to no. 150, €28 up to no. 400, €22 beyond. The total never goes down when you add one. Welder and operator qualifications have the same price.
Does my client see the agency's other temporary workers?
No. The fitness file only details the qualifications that cover their need, and no data flows between your account and theirs.
Does the software handle mechanised welding operators?
Yes. Operator qualifications under ISO 14732 are tracked like welders', at the same price.
Can I confirm several qualifications at once?
Yes: the six-monthly confirmation is signed in batches, up to 200 qualifications at a time, and the software says for each one whether it was confirmed or why it was not.
